Holiday Inn Mutare has three conference rooms which offer full conference packages. The conference rooms have the following capacities:

• Vumba seating 200 delegates cinema-style, 110 delegates classroom-style.
• Murahwa seating 90 delegates cinema-style,
 40 delegates classroom-style.

• Odzani Room seating 70 delegates cinema-style, 30 delegates classroom-style.

A dedicated registration and breakaway area with private restrooms and a separate tea and coffee lounge is also available.

The conference packages at the hotel are flexible and can be customised according to the client’s specification.
